What is ICE?

ICE = INTENSE CARDIO EXERCISE

A fun, upbeat HIIT class with a cardio focus.

Using a wide range of equipment and exercises, each class

is designed to keep you moving, challenged, and energized.

Exercises are modifiable, so you can choose the intensity

level that feels right for you.

Every class is different!

What is FIRE?

FIRE = FOCUSED INTENSE RESISTANCE EXERCISE

Strength training progressive overload program.

Strategically planned to build strength to improve functional everyday performance.

Improve on common chronic aches and pains.

Focus on form and technique.

Use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, bands, balls, and benches.

Modifiable exercises.

Spots are limited, and pre-registration is required. 

FIRE is sold in sessions.

What is YOGA?

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of yoga where

movement is linked with breath, creating a smooth,

continuous flow from one pose to the next. It builds

strength, flexibility, and focus while offering a balanced,

energizing practice.

 

Yin Yoga is a slow, gentle practice where poses are held

for longer periods to target deep tissues, improve

flexibility, and promote relaxation and inner calm.
