A HIIT, cardio-based class.
Wide range of equipment, and exercises.
Modifiable exercises.

What is FIRE?
FIRE – Focused Intense Resistance Exercises
Strength training progressive overload program.
Strategically planned to build strength to improve functional everyday performance.
Improve on common chronic aches and pains.
Focus on form and technique.
Use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, bands, balls, and benches.
Modifiable exercises.
Spots are limited, and pre registration is required. Drop-ins are not offered.
FIRE is sold in sessions.
