Foundations Level Two Guided
This 6-week guided experience combines weekly lessons, action steps, and exclusive live Zoom sessions, where you can ask questions, get feedback, and connect directly with your coach and fellow participants.
The Foundations Program is designed to help you build a strong, healthy body from the inside out. Through practical strategies and science-based concepts, you’ll learn how to maintain a healthy body composition at any stage of life, support hormonal balance, reduce the risk of chronic illness, and age with strength, energy, and confidence.
When you register for the Guided version, you’ll gain access to your personal dashboard, where you can view your progress and join the program once the next round begins. A countdown timer will display the time remaining until your group officially starts, so you can prepare and get excited for what’s ahead.
