At SGB FitBodies, all merchandise is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preferences.

We truly appreciate your understanding — this allows us to reduce waste and operate more sustainably.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order. Because each item is printed just for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or color choice.

If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out before ordering — we’re always happy to help you choose the right fit.

Lost Packages

If a carrier confirms your package was lost in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue. If tracking shows the package as delivered, SGB FitBodies is not responsible for replacement.

Refunds

If a refund is approved (in rare cases), it will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
